How to make powder using combined water-gas atomization
The molten alloy is dispersed, cooled and solidified into metal powder under the action of atomized media, and then enters the collection, sieving and classification process. Process parameters affect particle size, distribution and surface condition.
Customization enabled by in-house powder production
The in-house atomization capability allows Tongcheng to adjust the alloy formulation, atomization parameters and target particle size in a coordinated manner, and conduct trial production verification for standard products and customized materials.
